Learning is the core function of the College and we are committed to academic success for all and our students regularly achieve above the average, for other schools in the area. We have high standards and expectations and believe firmly that by providing a well-ordered environment and promoting traditional values of high quality teaching and learning we can encourage individuality, creativity and imagination as well as an ethos for hard work. Our partnership with parents is key to this process and we ask all our parents to join with us in this process. Homework is a vital part of the learning process and there is a high expectation that students will take pride in their learning and put maximum effort both at College and at home.
Inclusion is a primary aim for the College, with all students being encouraged to achieve their maximum potential. Students are challenged through the curriculum but extension and enrichment activities add value to their time at the College.
